  • WE VERIFIED THE CUST COMPLAINT. WE FOUND THE FUEL OIL COOLER IS FULL OF DIRT AND MUD. WE CLEANED THE COOLER & THE FUEL FILTER, FUEL OPERATOR HOUSING AD HOSES/ LINES. WE RAN THE ENGINE FOR 20 MINUTES AND WE WERE UNABLE TO SEE A LEAK. WE THEN ROAD TESTED THE VEHICLE. THE ONLY ITEM THAT WAS WET IFS THE FUEL COOLER. WE REPLACED THE FUEL COOLER, THE FUEL FILTER & WATER SEPARATOR. WE ROAD TESTED THE VEHICLE. NOW IT IS WORKING AS PER SPECS.

  • WE VERIFIED THE CUST COMPLAINT. WE FOUND THE LOWER TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER HOSE WAS POPPED OUT AND THE METAL CLIP WAS NO TIN STALLED CORRECTLY. WE INSTALLED THE METAL CLIP CORRECTLY AND RE-INSTALLED THE HOSE. WE FILLED THE TRANSMISSION UP WITH 7.5 QTS OF TRANSMISSION OIL. WE ROAD TESTED THE VEHICLE A FEW TIMES. IT IS WORKING AS PER SPECS AT THIS TIME. WE CLEANED UP THE TRANSMISSION FLUID AS BEST AS POSSIBLE.

WE TRACED THE ISSUE TO THE INJECTOR POWER WIRE FOR THE GROUP 2 INJECTORS (#2, #3, #3 & #8 INJECTORS). IT IS SHORTING OUT ON THE ENGINE FROM THE HARNESS. WE TEMPORARILY REPAIRED THE WIRES AND ROAD TESTED THE VEHICLE NUMEROUS TIMES. IT IS WORKING AS PER SPECS NOW. WE REPLACEd THE INJECTOR CONNECTORS FOR #3, #5 & #8. WE ALREADY REPLACED #2 LAST VISIT. WE ERASED THE CODES AND ROAD TESTED THE VEHICLE. IT IS WORKING AS PER SPECS AT THIS TIME.

  • WE VERIFIED THE CUST COMPLAINT. THE ENGINE IS RUNNING POORLY AND WE RAN TESTS AND WE FOUND CYLINDER #7 IS THE MISFIRE. THE SPARK PUG IS FULL OF FUEL AND OIL. THE COMPRESSION TEST WAS GOOD, NON RUNNING (65-70PSI) AND RUNNING (175PSI) COMPARED TO CYLINDER #5. THE IGNITION SYSTEM IS WORKING AS PER SPECS. THE FUEL PRESSURE IS GOOD AND HOLDING (60PSI). THESE ENGINES ARE KNOWN FOR LIFTER ISSUES AND CAMSHAFT PITTING ISSUES THAT CAUSE THESE SYMPTOMS. DUE TO THE HIGH MILEAGE OF THE VEHICLE AND THE LIFTER NOISES IT IS MAKING. WE DON'T WANT THE CUST TO WASTE ANYMORE MONEY WITH A TEAR DOWN OF THE HEADS AND CAMSHAFT. WE REPLACED THE ENGINE WITH A JASPER ENGINE. WE ALSO REPLACED THE CAMSHAFT SENSOR (STUCK IN OLD BLOCK) AND BOTH ENGINE MOUNTS (TORN/ BROKEN). WE CLEANED THE K&N ENGINE AIR FILTER (IT WAS VERY DIRTY). WE INSTALLED THE DIABLO PROGRAM. WE ROAD TESTED THE VEHICLE. NOW IT IS WORKING AS PER SPECS. NOTE: THE ENGINE IS REQUIRED TO HAVE AN OIL CHANGE 500 MILES AFTER INSTALLATION FOR WARRANTY PURPOSES. THEN NORMAL OIL CHANGE CAN OCCUR. NO MORE THAN 5000 MILES OR THE WARRANTY WILL BE VOID.
